I studied Mechanical Engineering at Dalhousie University and imagined myself following a product design career path. This is what made me return to study automation and robotics after just a few years in the work force. The most important thing learned from my return to college was that I love to provide solutions to problems.When I learned about an opportunity at Walsn to help people find solutions to their problems, I was very excited. Not only does Walsn have a great product selection, its commitment to customer satisfaction makes it easy to endorse. We provide superior customer service and this has been the foundation on which we built our brand, and this level of customer commitment permeates every level of our organization.

Since starting with Walsn 2 years ago, I've been asked by many clients to pass on some great feedback about how our team goes above and beyond to ensure they get what they need. A remote client recently told me, "I wish more companies still had a customer service department that actually answers the phone". Unlike most companies which send your service call into a pre-recorded digital voice messaging system asking you to press a series of buttons on your phone before they actually connect you to a real voice. At Walsn you not only get a voice, but you get a sound technical person who understands their products and how they work in your process.

I have been very fortunate to not only visit some great installations of Walsn products, but also attended the grand opening of our newest manufacturing center in Langfang, Hebei province, China. This was a great experience as I can easily relate to our clients about our amazing manufacturing facilities from my firsthand experience. I know that every employee at Walsn takes product quality and customer satisfaction seriously, this makes me excited to share with a client how our quality products can solve their problems.
