GEM update on precise batch and synthesis control

Recently, Walsn’s service engineer visited GEM’s joint laboratory in Indonesia and provided systematic services, including installation guidance, equipment debugging, and technical training. With the help of local engineers, two products—EM-BCS and EM-SCS—were supplied by Walsn Control System & Equipment Co., Ltd. (Walsn-CSEL) and have been installed successfully.

The EM-BCS batching control system helps the user improve their dosing process, and the EM-SCS synthesis control system ensures that the reaction materials enter the reactor with a precisely controlled stoichiometric ratio by controlling the ratio of alkali to metal salt, and the ratio of ammonia to metal salt. The average residence time is also calculated, to ensure the chemical reaction in the reactor is carried out in a continuous and steady state.
